Description
Recursion is hiring an Executive Director, Asset Team Lead to drive strategy for small-molecule oncology and immunology/inflammation clinical assets. The role translates Recursion OS and ClinTech insights into competitive positioning, prioritization, and go/no-go decisions; partners with clinical development, discovery, platform, business development, finance, and other functional leaders; and supports resource allocation, asset valuation, and portfolio trade-offs. The position is remote in the United States with periodic travel and includes base salary, an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
