Health Dimensions Group is hiring an Executive Director for its managed CBRF senior living community in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role leads day-to-day operations, financial and census performance, regulatory compliance, employee and resident engagement, and marketing/community presence for a 40-bed community. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, an ALD license or the ability to obtain one, and at least two years of executive director or administrator experience in senior living or long-term care.
