Description
The Executive Director will serve as Advocates for Immigrant Rights & Reconciliation's senior organizational leader, reporting to the Board of Directors and overseeing fundraising and resource development, organizing and campaign strategy, staff and volunteer leadership, external relationships, budgets, compliance, and operational systems. The role is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area with regular in-person presence, typically 3–4 days per week, plus occasional evening and weekend commitments and travel. It requires at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience, nonprofit or community-organizing experience, fundraising and budgeting capability, bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, and a demonstrated record of building trusted relationships with immigrant communities.
