Cohere is hiring an Executive Director to lead community operations at Jasper, a mountainside community in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The role oversees on-site teams, governance, resident engagement, communications, amenities, service delivery, budgets, financial performance, developer and board partnerships, and community relationships. The Executive Director will also recruit, develop, and lead community professionals while working flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position offers $115,000–$125,000 plus comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage available on the first day, employer-paid dental coverage, vision coverage, retirement and disability benefits, paid time off, and 16 paid holidays.
