The Mendocino County Inland Water & Power Commission is seeking a part-time Executive Director to serve as its chief executive and strategic leader. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the role provides leadership, vision, and alignment across complex projects, diverse stakeholders, and regional water initiatives, while relying on technical, legal, financial, and project management professionals. The position is estimated at 20–30 hours per week, with a hybrid arrangement requiring a meaningful presence in Mendocino County and in-person participation in meetings, stakeholder discussions, community engagement, and other activities.
