Executive Director at Experience Senior Living

Experience Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for The Reserve Strathmore Square, a new senior living community scheduled to open in March 2028. The role will lead pre-opening operations, sales and marketing, team building, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and ongoing day-to-day community management, with full P&L responsibility and close coordination across leadership functions such as health and wellness, memory care, life enrichment, culinary, and maintenance. The position requires experience opening a new senior living community, relevant bachelor’s degree, state-required certification/licensure for residential care or assisted living administration, and several years of operations management experience.
