Executive Director at Experience Senior Living

Experience Senior Living is hiring a seasoned Executive Director for a senior living community in Cape Coral, Florida. The role oversees day-to-day community operations with full P&L responsibility, compliance, resident and team satisfaction, sales and occupancy growth, budget management, staffing, facilities coordination, and cross-functional leadership across health and wellness, memory care, life enrichment, culinary, and maintenance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant regulatory certification, 3 to 5 years of operations management experience with financial and sales goals, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work varied schedules and support the community in multiple capacities.
