Allegro Living is hiring an Executive Director to lead The Piper, a 120-bed senior living community with 80 Assisted Living and 40 Memory Care residences. The role oversees sales, capital, operations, resident and associate satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality, and personnel development. Candidates must have at least two years of assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing management experience, a minimum associate degree or equivalent, and a positive criminal background screening; a four-year college degree and licensed-nurse experience are preferred.
