Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a full-time Executive Director to lead the overall performance of a senior living community in Town Village, Oklahoma City. The role oversees resident services, sales, business operations, dining, programming, housekeeping, maintenance, staffing, financial results, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. The Executive Director reports to the Regional Director of Operations, leads department directors, manages the annual operating budget, and partners with regional and corporate leadership. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience in senior living or a comparable service-based environment, strong financial and compliance skills, and a current Residential Care Administrator License or applicable credential.
