LearnTastic is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, facility management, budgets, pricing, occupancy growth, community and regulatory partnerships, team leadership, and operational performance. Candidates should have proven experience managing teams and business performance, experience driving occupancy or demand generation in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry, and strong financial, relationship-building, and operational knowledge.
