LCS is hiring an Executive Director to lead the overall operations of the Cypress of Charlotte Life Plan community in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role provides strategic leadership, monitors operational metrics, ensures regulatory and organizational compliance, manages budgets and financial performance, builds relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners, and supports the community’s resident experience and strategic priorities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment, and experience managing budgets, financial performance, operational metrics, and senior living Life Plan communities. The position offers medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and an estimated salary of $171,000 to $214,000.
