The role oversees operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, strategic growth, budget management, and relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and the local community. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry, along with experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations. The position offers an estimated salary of $125,000 to $145,000, medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave benefits.
