Description
The Executive Director will lead the strategic, operational, clinical, financial, and human-resources performance of a residential eating-disorder treatment facility in Seattle. The role oversees program operations, census and productivity goals, compliance, staffing, clinical quality, provider documentation, client satisfaction, and strategic decisions about hiring and program expansion. It requires a master’s degree in a behavioral science field, active independent clinical licensure, at least five years of healthcare management experience, individual and family psychotherapy experience, and current BLS certification. The position is 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday, with on-call and holiday coverage, and offers a starting salary of $130,000 to $160,000 plus benefits.
