Description
The Wellness Equity Institute is hiring a part-time Executive Director for a 0.2 FTE leadership role, approximately one day per week, in Southern California. The position provides strategic and executive leadership across governance, program design, financial management, fundraising, advocacy, communications, and organizational culture, while delegating day-to-day operations to senior staff. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, 7–10 years of progressive nonprofit or public health leadership experience, experience with health programs serving marginalized or rural populations, multimillion-dollar budget management, and diversified funding. The role is remote with occasional travel and pays $60,000 for the 0.2 FTE commitment.
