AstraZeneca is hiring an Executive Director of Clinical Operations, Program Management for cell therapy and CAR-T programs. The role leads global clinical operations strategy and delivery across early development in vivo, allogeneic, and autologous cell therapies; oversees portfolio priorities, forecasting, regulatory and inspection readiness, governance, budgets, training, and global program leadership; and partners with data, logistics, manufacturing, and other shared functions. The position is based in the United States at one of five listed locations, requires a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of drug development experience, and offers a full-time annual base salary of $270,188.80–$405,283.20 USD plus benefits.
