Description
Tango Therapeutics is hiring an Executive Director, Commercial Strategy & Execution to lead portfolio or country-level commercial initiatives, prepare launches for key markets, develop commercial plans, optimize sales and marketing operations, and build commercial capabilities. The role partners with cross-functional teams across commercial, R&D, market access, regulatory, finance, medical affairs, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR, and also supports strategic collaborations. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical experience, prior pharma commercial and oncology experience, and strong knowledge of legal, FDA promotional, operational, and biotech development processes. The position is hybrid and offers a salary range of $271,200 to $406,800 USD.
