Executive Director leading Heritage Springs assisted living and memory care community operations, including financial management, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, occupancy and revenue targets, contract approvals, staff leadership, resident and family engagement, and business planning. The role requires a Nevada ALF/RCF Administrators License, preferably a bachelor’s degree and five or more years administering and supervising an assisted living or memory care community. It is full time with weekend availability required and pays $125,000–$140,000 annually plus a discretionary performance bonus.
