Altasciences is hiring an Executive Director, HR Operations & Business Partnership to design and lead the HR operating model, workforce governance framework, and people infrastructure supporting growth across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, the executive will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, employee-facing HR services, HR program execution, benefits governance, and risk management, while partnering with senior business leaders and Centers of Expertise. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership, plus experience in multi-site operations, HR transformation, workforce analytics, employment compliance, and matrixed HR models.
