Altasciences is seeking an Executive Director, HR Operations & Business Partnership to design, build, and lead the HR operating model, workforce governance framework, and people infrastructure. This role involves transforming HR service delivery, partnering with executives to improve workforce effectiveness, managing risk, implementing HR programs, and overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Administration Officer and require extensive HR experience.
