The role includes leadership of quality assurance and process improvement, workforce management, budget stewardship, business development, and collaboration with care teams and regional leaders. Candidates should hold an active West Virginia Nursing Home Administrator license and preferably have a healthcare administration degree plus 5 to 10 years of post-acute care experience.
