Description
The Executive Director of Facilities & Security at Coconino Community College provides strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of facilities, capital construction, and security operations. This role involves leading the planning and execution of facilities operations and capital initiatives, overseeing various administrative functions like maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, utility management, fleet operations, and energy management. Additionally, the director coordinates capital and bond-funded projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible resource stewardship. The position reports directly to the President/CEO for capital construction and bond-related matters, working closely with the CFO on daily operational functions.
