Full Sail University is hiring an Executive Director of Financial Aid to provide strategic leadership and oversight of student financial aid administration, compliance, operations, and continuous improvement. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial aid strategy with enrollment, retention, and student success goals while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements, including Title IV and Veterans Educational Benefits regulations. The position requires strong executive communication, data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and experience with financial aid systems such as CRM platforms, Salesforce, CampusVue, and NSLDS access.
