Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is hiring an Executive Director of Gift Planning to serve as a senior subject matter expert on complex charitable gift structures, estate planning, deferred and life-income gifts, and other non-cash assets. The role manages approximately 50 high-capacity planned-giving prospects and donors, develops complex gift proposals, advises senior stakeholders, supports campaign and major-gift fundraising, and leads gift-planning program development. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in charitable gift planning, principal gifts, estate planning, major-gift fundraising, or related advancement leadership, and offers a hybrid work arrangement, travel, and a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000.
