HARMAN is hiring an Executive Director, Product Management and Innovation to lead a global team of senior product managers and regional product leaders responsible for software-based in-cabin experiences, software-defined vehicle architectures, cloud and edge-to-cloud platforms, AI/ML, and connected services. The role owns product strategy, portfolio commercialization, go-to-market and monetization, technology partnerships, product delivery, and executive stakeholder alignment across automotive, OEM, and technology partners. It requires 15+ years of product management leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business, and willingness to work in Novi, Michigan, with up to 50% travel. The position offers a salary of $210,000–$308,000 plus potential bonuses or commission, along with medical, dental, vision, wellness, training, and other benefits.
