MacroGenics is hiring an Executive Director, Program and Portfolio Management to lead strategic planning, execution, governance, and decision-making across its drug development portfolio. The role oversees cross-functional program teams, integrates development plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones, supports portfolio prioritization and go/no-go decisions, manages alliance governance, and develops program management professionals. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, at least 12 years of relevant biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, and 7 or more years of people management experience. The annual pay range is $233,700 to $356,300, with discretionary bonus and equity incentives and medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
