CACI is hiring a full-time Executive Director, Program Management to serve as a senior operational leader for a US Navy portfolio of engineering and other services supporting the lifecycle of maritime and aviation platforms and systems. The role executes division strategy, oversees program financial and operational performance, drives business development and program recompete efforts, integrates capabilities, ensures program governance and reporting, develops emerging leaders, and maintains pipeline integrity. Candidates need at least 15 years of related program or portfolio management experience, demonstrated success with mid-to-large portfolios and top- and bottom-line growth, strong operational leadership, program financial management expertise, cross-functional leadership ability, and an active Secret clearance with TS eligibility. The position may require up to 25% local travel and offers a national average salary range of $168,200-$370,000.
