Description
The Executive Director of Regulated Bioanalysis Implementation & Oversight (RBIO) leads the strategic, scientific, operational, and organizational direction of Genentech’s bioanalytical implementation and oversight function. The role oversees regulated pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity, and biomarker studies across nonclinical and clinical development, manages global CRO partnerships and outsourcing strategies, ensures GxP and regulatory compliance, and builds scalable capabilities for biologics, antibody-drug conjugates, nucleic acid therapeutics, and cell and gene therapies. It also includes organizational leadership, talent development, budget stewardship, and enterprise influence across Genentech and Roche.
