FUJIFILM Biosciences is seeking an Executive Director, Site Leader to lead the research, development, and manufacturing of recombinant proteins and other biomolecules. This role involves ensuring a strong safety-first, quality-first culture, building a high-performing team, and driving employee engagement. The Site Leader will manage end-to-end site performance, including manufacturing, development, and quality, and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. They will also handle financial aspects such as budget management and P&L, translating corporate strategy into site-level objectives.
