Description
Morgan Stanley is hiring a Reliability Operations Manager to own the health and stability of production applications supporting intraday and overnight asset-management workflows. The role leads incident, problem, and crisis management; operational controls, monitoring, observability, capacity management, change readiness, root-cause analysis, SLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards. It also manages a cross-regional team, vendor performance, and partnerships across Morgan Stanley’s wealth-management technology organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 12–18+ years of technology production management or related financial-services experience, and strong leadership, communication, and operational-excellence capabilities. Expected base pay is $195,000–$275,000 per year.
