Description
The Executive Director, Solutions Engineering leads operational readiness, global service monitoring, incident and problem management, launch governance, operational reporting, AI-enabled detection and automation, and organizational strategy for Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology. Reporting to senior Product & Technology leadership, the role oversees the Global Support Center and technical professionals, sets operational standards, manages budgets and vendors, and drives service reliability across large-scale consumer-facing technology environments. The position requires at least 12 years of technology operations experience and 10 years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
