4DMT is hiring an Executive Director of Statistical Programming to provide strategic and operational leadership for statistical programming across assigned biotechnology development programs. The role leads in-house programming deliverables, reviews outsourced statistical work, establishes coding standards and quality processes, manages SAS and statistical computing infrastructure, oversees vendors and external partners, and partners with biostatistics, clinical development, regulatory, IT, and other functions. The position requires a quantitative science degree, at least 17 years of relevant statistical programming, biometrics, or clinical development experience, 8+ years of management experience, and expert SAS programming skills. The base salary range is $298,000 to $340,000.
