Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Tax Leader to oversee the company's global tax function, including corporate income tax, indirect tax, tax accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, R&D tax credits, and tax audits. The role leads a high-performing tax organization, partners with executive leadership and external advisors, supports international expansion, and manages tax-related due diligence. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA designation or master's degree in taxation, and at least 15 years of progressive corporate tax, accounting, or finance experience, including 10 years of senior-level leadership experience. The position offers a $267,000–$333,500 USD base salary plus bonus and equity opportunities, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
