Executive Director, Test & Evaluation at Transportation Security Administration

The Executive Director, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Security Capabilities (SC), Technology & Systems (TS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) serves as the independent Operational Test Agent for TSA and Director of the TSA Systems Integration Facility. The role leads developmental, certification, qualification, and operational testing across TSA, TSIF, the Transportation Security Laboratory, and field operations; manages test risk, requirements, systems engineering, and program baselines; supports acquisition and threat-mitigation activities; and directs related laboratory and testing-center operations. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a TS/SCI clearance, a Tier 5 background investigation, and progressively responsible senior executive-level leadership experience, with no positive education requirement.
