Description
Bicara Therapeutics is hiring an Executive Director, Trade Relations to serve as the senior leader for trade and patient-support strategy ahead of the commercial launch of ficerafusp alfa. Reporting to the SVP, Market Access, the role will design and execute enterprise trade strategy across distribution, GPOs, patient support programs, and strategic partners; lead contracting and negotiations; build and lead the trade organization; establish governance and operational frameworks; and ensure alignment with Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Market Access. The position is remote with 50% or more travel, including regular travel to Bicara's Boston office, and requires 12+ years of pharmaceutical trade, distribution, GPO, patient support, and strategic partner experience.
