Northland Properties is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant team and oversee the restaurant’s guest experience, people development, operations, maintenance, scheduling, marketing, and financial performance. The role requires at least three years of experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar, strong leadership and communication skills, food and beverage knowledge, staff training and motivation abilities, organization, event management, and a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
