Description
The Premium Player Account Manager manages player accounts and comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability, and patron profitability. The role provides premium guest service, identifies and registers high-end players, assists with reservations and amenities, resolves guest issues, maintains player relationships, monitors play and theoretical win, and supports promotions and events. It requires a high school diploma or GED, gaming or supervisory experience, an Indiana Gaming License, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
