The Executive Host owns strategic relationships with a defined group of VIP players, directing account development, relationship building, and on-property service while generating gaming revenue through upscale sales and marketing programs. The role coordinates VIP hospitality, events, transportation and accommodation arrangements, and difficult-guest situations, while maintaining customer-facing, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and networking skills. It requires a gaming license, is full time, and offers a $60,000–$65,000 annual salary plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, education assistance, discounts, and an incentive bonus program.
