Description
The Executive Host at Live! Casino and Hotel is responsible for increasing revenue from VIP players by building and maintaining relationships, driving incremental trips, and managing outbound sales efforts. This role involves active guest loyalty development through personal contact, managing communications about services and promotions, working special events, and ensuring a quality gaming experience for VIPs. The Executive Host will also review VIP activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Relationship Marketing and perform other assigned duties.
