Description
The Executive Housekeeper leads and manages all housekeeping operations at Pullman Kuching, overseeing guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen, back-of-house facilities, inspections, guest experience, team leadership, budgeting, cost control, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives. The role requires 5–8 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role, along with knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry systems, chemicals, and hotel PMS coordination.
