Description
The Executive Housekeeper will lead and build a luxury hotel housekeeping department from the ground up, overseeing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, establishing standard operating procedures and training programs, managing staffing and productivity, controlling labor and inventory costs, and maintaining service-excellence standards. The role requires proven luxury or full-service hotel housekeeping leadership experience, strong financial and team-building skills, and ideally Hilton soft-brand experience, Curio Collection experience, and bilingual English/Spanish ability.
