Executive Housekeeper at Essex Hotel Management

The Plattsburgh Hampton Inn & Suites - Hilton is currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations, develop cleaning schedules, train and supervise staff, maintain guest rooms and public areas, manage inventory, respond to guest requests and complaints, and collaborate with other departments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior Executive Housekeeper or similar experience, strong organizational and communication skills, leadership ability, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage, physical ability to lift heavy objects, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
