EVT is hiring an Executive Housekeeper for the Old Clare, a 12-month maternity-leave position. The role leads and supports a housekeeping team, maintains cleanliness and presentation standards, conducts inspections, manages cleaning supplies and linens, addresses guest concerns, oversees the departmental budget, and assists with rostering, staffing, and cost control. Applicants should have hotel or similar-housekeeping experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
