Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at San Bernardino Staybridge Suites by IHG Loma Linda, supervising a team of approximately 1–10 employees. Responsibilities include assigning schedules and room assignments, inspecting rooms and public areas, training and coaching staff, addressing guest concerns, monitoring supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining lost-and-found records. The role also requires hands-on room cleaning and physical work throughout a shift. Compensation is $20.50–$21.00 per hour BOE, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, profit-sharing, paid vacation, and other benefits.
