Description
The Executive Housekeeping Manager will lead day-to-day housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public areas, and laundry, maintaining cleanliness standards, staffing plans, quality audits, inventory, budgets, safety, and vendor relationships. The role also recruits, trains, coaches, and develops housekeeping leadership and frontline staff, partners with Engineering and Operations, and remains on the floor to support the team and respond to guest needs. Candidates need prior hotel or resort housekeeping leadership experience, strong operational and quality-control knowledge, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
