Description
The Air Force Housing Advisor serves under the Director, Installations Directorate and provides oversight, advice, and recommendations for Air Force housing programs. The role develops program goals, coordinates multi-year housing plans, represents the Installations Directorate at interagency and public meetings, and oversees program integration and performance. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience in housing program management, including acquisition, development, management, leasing, disposal, and privatized housing programs, along with knowledge of housing laws, regulations, planning, budgeting, and business practices. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a required security clearance, current certifications, and a written agreement to remain in federal service for at least three years.
