The Retail Sales Agent will convert ATV leads into confirmed online vehicle purchases on the DriveX Direct platform. The role involves contacting interested buyers, understanding their requirements, guiding them through vehicle discovery and the purchase process, addressing questions about vehicle condition, pricing, documentation, and transaction steps, coordinating with sellers, maintaining CRM records, and reporting conversion outcomes. Candidates need at least two years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or online transaction sales, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, customer objection-handling ability, and fluency in English, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
