Description
The Bar Attendant monitors a club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; maintains bar and table cleanliness; prepares and serves hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages; stocks ice, glassware, and supplies; washes dishes; completes opening and closing duties; requisitions supplies; secures liquor and storage areas; documents information in a department logbook; forecasts meal requirements; and reports accidents or unsafe conditions. The role welcomes guests, follows company policies, maintains professional appearance, and requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, with no related work or supervisory experience required.
