The role supports the Managing Director and Executive Board by coordinating meetings, training sessions, agendas, documents, follow-up appointments, task management, correspondence, and monitoring activities. It also handles plausibility checks, anomaly investigations, and documentation. The position requires completed Matura-level education, commercial and legal knowledge, ERP and administrative-process understanding, strong Microsoft 365 and Office skills, German and English proficiency, and several years of executive-management or board-assistant experience. It offers flexible hours, home office, and a minimum gross salary of €45,738 per year under the collective agreement.
