Description
Quantium is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of approximately 10 engineers and engineering leads while guiding complex AI transformation engagements for enterprise clients. The role combines engineering leadership, client-facing consulting, technical and architectural judgement, and the development of repeatable AI engineering practices. It is based in Sydney or Melbourne and offers hybrid work, with work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
