Description
The Sea Freight Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end import and export shipping operations, including booking, trucking, customs clearance, documentation, tracking, billing, payment follow-up, cost control, and customer and stakeholder communication. The role requires at least two years of international freight forwarding operations experience, English or international trade specialization, CET-4-level English, computer and office software proficiency, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle complaints and exceptions.
